Magic is known as the mastery over the elements of nature and the manipulation of the power offered by the planet itself. The gods were born with the power to manipulate different domains of the universe, ranging from as far as the solar dust, the void between planets to mere mud from the bottom of a swamp. Even after centuries of existence, the mortal race has not been granted the gift of magic. Once with the arrival of the gods in the human world though, certain people were granted Godly Favors, which allowed them limited access to magic. The Godly Favors are simply blessings from the gods upon a certain individual. Through said blessing, the god indirectly grants access to a specific spell or perhaps even a couple of them. A god cannot grant access to a spell that he himself can not use, as such, multiple Godly Favors from different gods are required for the diversification in the magical arsenal.

An individual may request a gift from a god but, it depends on the god whether the individual is worthy of possessing even a fraction of the power their creators own.

Once with the era of digitalization, magic was a heavy contender for a long-deserved rework, as it was getting overtaken by technology alone.

In order to better allow the gods to use magic while in their Hyperian body, they melded technology with witchcraft and invested work in an already existing type of tech-magic, namely Thaumaturgy. The spells nowadays have had their incantations and name calling replaced with specific code-like lines and system authorization requesting. Magic exists everywhere within the air but, Thaum is the only form that humans can access and its access is granted to them by a Hyperian.

"Thaum activate: Boon of Hades: Generate thermal element, shape arrow. Fly straight. Dishcarge!"

The above-mentioned command is a simple spell that allows the creation of fire elemental arrows that shoot forward at the command of the user. The spell was gifted by the god Hades as implied by "Boon of Hades". "Generate thermal element" is the action that generates a substance of high temperature. "Shape arrow and fly straight" are for granting the spell a certain shape and the next action it will execute. "Discharge" finally is the command that the user uses to release his spell and allow it to execute whatever it was encoded to.

The Hyperian

The Hyperians are a race of unique human beings that have advanced past the previous bodily limitations, namely by fusing themselves with the technology constructed and provided by the gods, in order to allow their bodies to serve as hosts for those that do not freely walk throughout the mortal realm. Each Hyperian was a specifically selected man or woman from the masses that would fit the requirements for the link between god and man. Their previous personas have been utterly consumed by the embodiment of a godly ruler. They refer themselves to as Hyperians namely because the difference in power between the Human Avatar and the actual God still exists, the laws of the mortal world still preventing the gods from fully existing within it.Over time, many Hyperians came and went, the bodily limitations of the human being the main cause for the existence of over several hundred, the main cause being biological death of old age. In order to prevent the degradation of the body with the utmost efficiency, the current Hyperians are imbued with technology that far extends the lifespan of an individual, marking the replacement process as less cumbersome and allowing a god to exist for a way longer period of time without the need to seek a new host. Their magical power and mastery over the current spell system are only rivaled by their intellect and power in society, being seen as nothing less than world leaders, each of their own regions.

Scelerata

Standing against the law order of the Hyperian, the organization of Scelerata is composed out of ex-Hyperians that have turned against their brothers with time. Originally formed by a couple of gods that failed to see eye to eye on crossing their creators, it has since long grown and gathered numerous powerful individuals to help fulfill their goal.

Now with the time of judgment, Scelerata believes that it is crucial to pleasing the primordials in order to ensure the survival of their creation and of themselves. While many attempts have been made to completely erase the organization, it goes without saying that man cannot go against a god. As such, most military expenses poured into operations with the purpose of erasing Scelerata have been for nothing. Unlike the Hyperian they do not play by any rules and welcome any who are willing to join the cause and fight against the oppressing power of the foolish Hyperian. Scelerata operates at a level that not even the Hyperians can fight it on even ground. It is assumed that some of the already existent gods that are members of the Hyperian could as well be working through the shadows in ensuring the enemy organization's survival.Scelerata follows dogmatic principles of belief in its leaders and their teachings as well as total opposition against the Hyperian. Because of the blind faith that their followers give proof of, they are arguably one of the most dangerous powers in the underworld that also operates at an incredibly large scale.

The old gods

Regarded as the first beings to come into existence, the Primordials are also more commonly known as the Old Gods. Just as the gods created the humans, so did the primordials create the gods. Their, lesser than themselves, creations were meant to tinker away at the construction of the universe while the primordials would sleep a long slumber, only to return eons later and claim the hard work of their constructors. These creatures are beyond the wildest perception of any mortal and suffice to say, having been the ones that constructed the gods themselves, they also bear the power of causing equally significant destruction of all races rooted throughout the universe. The gods were given the simple task of constructing a world where the primordials could reside for the eternity to come and establish dominion over all other entities weaker than themselves. In their task, the gods were given one crucial condition which they shall never dare fail to abide by. The gods would never be allowed to walk amongst their creations and present themselves as their creators for they were not to replace the Old Gods. Once fallen deep into a half eternal slumber, the Old Gods let their workers tinker for centuries. And so they did until the spark of rebellion was formed against the primordials. The gods descended upon the planet of Earth and claimed leadership over the inferior race known as the Humans. In doing so, they failed to abide by the one condition that was imposed on them by their own creators. This event caused the primordial entities to awaken from their slumber with the purpose of enacting judgment onto their creations, punishing their lack of discipline and setting an example for all that are and are to come.

OLYMPUS

Formed long before the first mortal walked the Earth as a council between the gods residing on Mountain Olympus, it has been brought into the mortal world as an association of business and companies that are run by the Greek Gods. Olympus is run by a council formed from the primary 12 gods, each of them having a word to say and a vote to cast in every decision.

While there is no definitory force that rules Olympus, the gods that are part of the association must abide by the laws imposed by it or they are punished equally. The most prominent members of Olympus are Zeus, Apollo, Hermes, Athena, Ares, Hades, Hephaestus, Poseidon, Artemis, Dionysus, Aphrodite, and Demeter.

Pallas Academy is a public institution for the gifted ones. While many school and academies have been built throughout the world based on the education campaign kickstarted by Athena herself, quite none rival Pallas Academy.

The teaching system is far superior to most school throughout the world and the students attending this academy are treated as soon-to-be leaders in society. Many people that were chosen as Hyperian attended the academy, as such, its prestige is great and is favored by most gods.

While not on diplomatic duties with other countries and gods, Athena, the goddess of Wisdom, manages the academy as the headmaster, directing the members of the staff, those selected and deemed worthy by her alone, into teaching the students about the rapidly developing world around them. While most gods don't involve themselves in the affair of common people, the Council of Olympus agreed to permit the interaction between Athena and mortals on the basis of "being the best suited at dealing with them".

Acropolis Incorporated is the main supplier of energy throughout the Hellenic region. Started into action by the ruler of lighting itself, Zeus used his extensive knowledge over his domain of manipulating the power of the storm and with the help of Hephaestus, constructed the world's biggest power factory. With limitless energy at its disposal, supplied by the god himself, Acropolis rapidly turned from a power making factory to a money-making one.

The Hellenic region benefits from a Perpetuum-mobile type of energy supplier, and as such, all other contestants in the energy industry fell short before the machinery of the gods. Although because of Zeus' greed over the past couple of years, the company was nearly sold on several occasions. While such action might not have affected the god, the Hellenic region is highly dependant on the low-cost supplier that Acropolis is.

The citadel of the gods, Olympus Chamber is the main base of operation of the Hyperian from the Olympus association. Floating and towering over the most massive skyscrapers of the world, Olympus Chamber has been spotted fully operational only twice in the history of man. The first was once with the apparition and public disclosure about the existence of gods and their inhabitation of the Hyperian, approximately 100 years ago. Such an event marked the entirety of planet Earth as the God of War's troops marched through the now-city of Eniac with the Olympus Chamber being akin to a new sun that dawned over the world. The second and the last time Olympus Chamber was visible to the public in all its splendor was in the last moments of the citadel's position maintaining over Eniac. On that day, the palace of the gods rose back into the skies never to be seen again and along with that symbolic event, the Hyperian also established the total world order. Since then, it is rumored that the Olympus Chamber has maintained a steady course throughout the Atlantic Ocean hidden from the eyes of any curious onlookers. Serving as the primary base of operations and the last bastion of the Hyperian, shall anything threaten their existence, it is crucial that its location remains hidden.Although no masses of humans have stepped onto the reverse pyramid, there have been, of course, numerous Hyperians who have visited the place during their lifetimes and a few very rare cases of select humans also being allowed to set foot onto the floor of the Olympus Chamber. It can be argued that the citadel highly resembles an Egyptian construct but, when questioned about the topic, Hephaestus simply stated that the shape has been chosen due to many architectural and functional reasons. The impact of culture had minimal priority during the construction of the behemothic fortress.

ϟ ZEUS ϟ

Zeus is the father of the powerful Ares, virtuous Apollo, wise Athena, and many other powerful gods. He is the CEO of Acropolis Inc and the principal god to sit on the Olympus Chamber, the highest office in all of Hellenic region. He reigns over the Hellenic sky, a realm the humans have been dreaming to reach for the longest time.

Inheriting his father's traits, Zeus is ruthless. He would kill his own father if it means having more power, which in a way he did. He is also shrewd, cunning, and highly intelligent. These characteristics of him brought him a great fortune in his early days of becoming a Hyperian. Together with his brothers and Hephaestus’ technology, Zeus built the first and largest energy manufacturing giant humans had ever seen.

Later in his years, Zeus, like many other gods was enamored by the humans. Enchanted with their flaws, Zeus is turning into one. His honor replaced by his pride and his wisdom replaced by his lust. Zeus produced many bastards, both humans and divines.

APOLLO

A member of the twelve Olympians. Son of Zeus, brother of Artemis, and half-brother of Athena. Envisioned to be the one to succeed Zeus, Apollo is given full authority over Argus Height, a section of Olympus Chamber by Zeus. One of the most revered gods of the Hellenic people, Apollo has the ability to feel and see as the humans do. He is able to empathize with the humans when most gods are blinded by their power and position.

Little did the human realize that His abilities came from Argus’ Eyes. An advanced tech to put surveillance on the humans. A tech born of Hephaestus’ brilliant mind and one that he most regretted to be ever given breath to life. From the moment the humans open their eyelids in the first light until the moment they lay asleep, Apollo has the ability to see through their eyes. Using this sight, he silenced anyone who speaks against the members of Olympus.

From the moment the humans open their eyelids in the first light until the moment they lay asleep, Apollo has the ability to see through their eyes. ATHENA

The golden child of Zeus, Athena is radiating with brilliance. She is the most loved Rulers in all of Hellenic Republic even to shadow his own father. Ever since Athena was a young god, her strategic intelligence placed her among The Olympian Pantheon. Being the paragon of humanity, she is surrounded by legion of supporters who devoted their lives to Athena, both gods and humans alike.

She is considered a teacher by the humans, Athena, along with her trusted advisor, Nike, spread her divine knowledge across all Hellenic Republic. Athena doesn’t share the same vision as Zeus and many other Olympian rulers. While she respects the laws of the universe where all things change and evolve, many other gods worries about the humans threatening their position as supreme beings.

Amongst all of Zeus’ children, Athena hated her brother, Ares, the most. Once a respected and loving brother, he turned from Athena the moment she robbed him of victory for the first time at The Battle of Leuktra. A skirmish which turned out to be a pivotal moment for humanity. A skirmish which forever changed Athena’s allegiance from the Hyperian. This is a battle where she first learned to respect and love the humans. She became guiding light for humanity for centuries only to be heartbroken during their course of evolution.

《 HERMES 》

Acropolis, Inc, the first corporation to distribute energy to the people of Hellenic Republic, was founded by a primary god, Zeus. Zeus has many sons and among them is Hermes. Although he is chosen to be among the big twelve in the company, he has never been Zeus' favorite. He is always the one doing most of the work even if the glory always falls on his brothers. Apollo being the great one or Ares as the brave one.

While he never seemed to have much ambition, nevertheless cunning is Hermes' greatest strength. He needs neither physical prowess nor great charisma to get his way. Instead, he can manipulate Acropolis' dying capital utilizing only his quick wit, and although he never really cares about Acropolis' fate, he saved it times and again using his relationship with Hades. Despite being born a god, Hermes is a human sympathizer.

HADES

Hellenic region is separated into three power groups and they are led by the three sibling Rulers. Zeus leads the energy company, Acropolis, Inc, Poseidon runs the maritime corporation, Aegae, and Hades is the figurehead of the largest criminal organization in Hellenic Republic, Tartarus. While he is not exactly malevolent, Hades along with his trusted gun, Cerberus II, strike mortal fear into people's hearts because Hades is not bound by any laws.

Neither the gods' nor humans' rules meant anything to him. He judges based on his own creed and justice. Hades is not officially a member of Acropolis, Inc, yet he plays a big part during the company's golden age. However, entering the iron age, Hades is seen to be moving further away from his brothers. His motivation is shrouded in mistery. Nobody really knows what his plans with the humans are or which side he is on. Albeit his complex relationship with the big twelve of Acropolis, he has a relatively close affiliation with Hermes.

HEPHAESTUS

Humans recognized Zeus as the glorious one. What they didn't know was that all of Zeus' and the Olympians' glory came from one extraordinary mind, Hephaestus'. A master creator, a genius tinkerer, he is known mostly only as "the engineer". However, even with his superior knowledge of the world, he was born with the inability to control his physical manifestation or his Hyperian.

Eventually he managed to forge devices to help him master his shell, but such disability is still deemed imperfection among the Olympians circle. Shunned by the superficially minded majority, he secluded and buried himself in his work while Zeus and the rest of Hellenic Rulers reap the fruit of his labor. Athena, Hermes, and Prometheus are among the few rulers to still have Hephaestus' respect.

Realizing the gods are no more the advanced beings they once were, Hephaestus and Prometheus, gave the humans guidance to divinity. Knowledge is the most efficient weapon against fear. It is said that the moment Prometheus taught humans the nature of the flame, they plant the first seed of rebellion against the rulers. The action of the two rogue gods angered Zeus. Only with the help of Hermes and his schemes, Hephaestus was able to escape his confinement while Prometheus is forever punished for his deed.

ARES

Ares, one of the Big Twelve of Acropolis and a son of Zeus. With a reputation for athletic excellence that is as formidable as his daunting physique, along with the ability to appear victorious in any war he partakes in, Ares is given the title "The God of War". During Acropolis' golden age, back when the humans were still primitive, Ares commanded the most fearsome group of zealots.

Zeus is never particularly fond of Ares. Unlike his sister, Athena, who lead her men with intelligence and wisdom, destructive power and physical dominance is the only method Ares ever utilized. With his twin rail gun, Phobos and Deimos, Ares easily disintegrate anyone who dares cross his ways. His reign can only continue for so long until the age of reason comes to end the terror.

With the rapid development of human's technology, Ares lost the battle with the humans. This defeat makes him no longer relevant. His ways are obsolete, his followers swiftly diminish in numbers, and his glory has left him, never to return.
